– 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon of garam masala
– 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
– 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
– Salt to taste
– 2 tablespoons of oil
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
– 1/2 cup of cashews, soaked in water for 30 minutes
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Preparation of Koftas

1. Take the chicken or paneer and grind it to a smooth paste using a blender.
