Select all the emails in the Trash folder and click on the “Delete” button. This will remove the emails from your Gmail account permanently.

Step 6: Prevent Future Promotions

To avoid receiving promotional emails in the future, you can adjust your email settings. Go to the gear icon in the top right corner of your Gmail account and click on “See all settings.” In the “Filters and blocked addresses” section, click on “Create a new filter.” Enter the email addresses of the senders you want to block and click “Create filter.” Select “Delete it” as the action and click “Create filter.” This will automatically delete any future emails from those senders.
